Description
This $100 refundable deposit secures your band’s official entry into the 2025 Battle of the Bands competition at Seaport Slamfest, happening on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at the Grays Harbor Historical Seaport in Aberdeen, WA.
This deposit is required for all participating bands to confirm their commitment to show up and perform. Only bands who submit this deposit will be considered for placement in the official bracket.
Terms & Conditions:

This $100 deposit will be returned to your band the night of the show, after your scheduled performance.

Return deposits will be issued via check, made out to the band representative listed at the time of payment.

If your band places in the top four, you will receive your cash prize and your deposit refund check on the night of the event.

To receive your deposit back, your band must:

Check in at the designated time,

Perform as scheduled,

Follow all competition rules and conduct expectations.

No-shows, cancellations after August 16, or failure to perform without prior written approval will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

By paying this deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and the official rules set by Rogue Wrestling Attractions, LLC, producers of Seaport Slamfest.
Important Note:
This deposit is not a ticket for guest or fan entry and is strictly for band participation in the Battle of the Bands. Participating Band members are granted General Admission Access to the entire Seaport Slamfest, when not performing.
