Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, extension cords, weights for tents, and display materials unless otherwise arranged. Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional booth throughout the event and for removing all trash at the conclusion of the event. Food vendors must possess all required licenses, permits, and health department approvals and comply with all applicable local and state regulations. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales taxes. Rogue Wrestling Attractions, LLC and the Grays Harbor Historical Seaport reserve the right to refuse or revoke vendor participation if products, conduct, or displays are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the event. Rogue Wrestling Attractions, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, equipment, or personal property.
