Secure your band’s place in the Seaport Slamfest 2026 Battle of the Bands with this $100 refundable performance deposit.

Congratulations on being selected to compete! This deposit officially confirms your band’s commitment to perform at Seaport Slamfest 2026 on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at the Grays Harbor Historical Seaport in Aberdeen, Washington.

Because performance slots are limited, this deposit ensures that each selected band is committed to taking the stage. Once your deposit has been received, your band’s position in the competition will be reserved.

Deposit Terms & Conditions

• Your $100 performance deposit is fully refundable after your band’s scheduled performance has concluded.
• Deposit refunds will be issued by check and made payable to the band representative listed at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
• Bands placing in the Top 4 will receive both their prize money and their refundable deposit following the conclusion of the competition.
• To qualify for a refund, your band must:
  • Check in at the designated arrival time.
  • Perform your scheduled set.
  • Follow all event rules, venue policies, and standards of professional conduct established by Rogue Wrestling Attractions, LLC.
• Bands that cancel after August 8th, 2026, fail to appear, or do not perform without prior written approval from Rogue Wrestling Attractions, LLC, will forfeit their deposit.

This refundable deposit is not an admission ticket. It serves only to confirm your band’s participation in the Seaport Slamfest 2026 Battle of the Bands.

All participating band members will receive General Admission access to Seaport Slamfest 2026 while attending and performing as part of the competition.

By submitting this deposit, you acknowledge that you have been selected to participate in the Seaport Slamfest 2026 Battle of the Bands and agree to abide by all event rules, competition guidelines, and decisions made by Rogue Wrestling Attractions, LLC.
